The first hot chocolate served on the Peninsula was served in Torino at the court of Savoy in 1560 which is where the history of chocolate on the Italian peninsula begins. Pour 6 oz of milk into a small pan. Warm on low heat and slowly whisk in our artisanal chocolate. It’s an all natural product so whisk well to avoid clumping (4 Tablespoons for Rich Italian Chocolate, 2 tablespoons for American Style).
