3-D Hot-Air Jet Dryer Graphic and Textile Conveyor Dryer

The Lawson 3-D Hot Air Dryer is a conveyor dryer designed to cure three-dimensional textile items such as mugs, bottles and other screen-printable items.
Adjustable entrance and exit doors accommodate variable height objects. The adjustable boom control box is easy to swivel so it is in clear sight of the press operator, and features digital temperature control, digital belt speed control, diagnostic controls, and more. Lawson's exclusive 3-D Hot-Air Jet Dryer is designed to cure solvent inks used for printing 3-D objects like bottles, cups, buckets, sport bottles and more. Lawson's unique design accelerates ink curing by effectively utilizing hot jet-air that impinges the object, in an oven environment. Temperatures are adjustable up to 180-F and the entire heat chamber features a full insulation wrap.

The Lawson Blazer screen printing and DTG conveyor dryer is designed for complete flexibility and maximum versatility. The Blazer features a fully modular design and can be easily customized and expanded whenever your needs may change. This custom screen printing machine is the ideal dryer to maximize your investment dollars. It is designed for curing both plastisol and water-based inks. The basic conveyor is only 8' long, and includes one 3' heat chamber/curing module of your choosing.
