The Spanish shop Cafe Racer Dreams has now built almost a hundred customs, with no sign of slowing down. It’s a remarkable track record in our very fickle industry, but founder Pedro García has a sharp eye and runs a tight ship. Pedro has now taken things up a notch with two new partners helping to run the show. Businessman Jaime Colsa is the ‘suit,’ and Gonzalo Mancisidor is in charge of the workshop. “Gonzalo is an engineer with lots of experience from the world of racing,” says Pedro. “He’s also one of the most knowledgeable Porsche 911 experts in Spain.”
