Sven is a major character in Disney's 2013 animated feature film, Frozen and its 2019 sequel. He is Kristoff's loyal pet reindeer and best friend. Sven does not talk, instead communicating through grunts. However, Kristoff occasionally voices Sven's thoughts using a goofy "reindeer voice." In spite of being a reindeer, Sven has the personality and heart of a dog, namely a Labrador. As such, he serves as a loyal and playful companion to Kristoff. To the mountain man, Sven doubles as a supportive
